About Us
This is your safe place to gain knowledge and understanding about various mental health topics that affect people of color. Many times our experiences are not included in the dialogue due to cultural barriers.

Our Vision
The target audience for Culturally Yours, Mental Health are people of color. We look to educate people of color within the intersections of genders, cultural, and generational; specifically millennials from various cultural backgrounds. We also look to support individuals and families who are experiencing mental health challenges.
Culturally Yours, Mental Health provides a unique platform that serves people of color in an innovative and creative way. This is done by offering various services to meet our audience needs. The podcast provides education and consultation service for people of color. Workshops are designed to create an environment for groups of people of color to discuss and navigate mental health topics. Online courses address the mental health practical needs. They also are designed to be easily accessible and self paced to build specialized mental health skills. Culturally Yours, Mental Health will offer public speaking for other mental health events and organizations
